Born in Yugoslavia, Zorica Joy immigrated to the United States. To further develop her skill, Joy completed professional training through the Escondido Art Association where she studied under renowned artists Dwayne Light and Sebastian Capella. Adept at painting landscapes and portraits, Joy’s forte is realistic floral still life. Her exceptional skill in this area has led admirers and collectors to refer to her as “The Rose Lady.”Earning numerous art awards for her paintings, Joy has exhibited her landscapes, watercolor, acrylic, and oil paintings throughout San Diego.
